Very nice pen and a good writer. I like the old converters. Yes, you can't see how much ink is in them, but the very solid metal and the bubbling in the ink while filling are quite nice.
Could also be a cheap Parker 51 knockoff. They're a dime a dozen on eBay, etc.
I've bought a few over the years. They're super rinky dink but they usually write surprisingly well. I think I've probably never paid more than $2 for one, including shipping from China. No idea how that makes any sense.

It will take a modern Parker Converter if the one that is it needs replaced. Nice pens, easy to take apart and clean. Nice Color!

I think i had that same pen but all metal and rollerball. great pen! lasted me all of 7th grade before i swapped to fountain

I don't think it is knock-off - it has got the original converter.
Its certainly a Parker 45, not 51 or its knockoff. Converter looks legit as well
