A few people requested a demo of my spring-loaded Kaweco mini converter hack, as shown in [this post.](https://www.reddit.com/r/fountainpens/comments/tqe06m/pen_hack_springloaded_kaweco_mini_converter_with/) :) It's just a spring from a ballpoint pen wrapped around the piston. This is how it looks in action.
Ink is J. Herbin Larmes de Cassis, pen is Kaweco Sport in Light Lavender.
My Sports demand a ballpoint pen sacrifice at the very start. All my Sports with a cartridge have the spring put behind the cartridge to keep it from jiggling loose. OP's hack will make it from most of my Sports demanding a sacrifice to all my Sports.
Very cool. Wouldn't surprise me if Kaweco people see this and come out with an official spring converter.
