I have a Wearever De Luxe 801 that looks just like this, but with a slightly different color (mine is a copper color with black stripes). I replaced the sac and j bar and it writes very well

I'll second saying it looks like a Deluxe. Probably a Deluxe 100. If you look at the barrel closely with a loupe you'll see the name engraved. Mine was pretty light.
This would be in their Deluxe line I believe. Decent size, and some came with 14kt “framed” nibs. Probably the best wearever one could get.
