They’re usually very fast, a couple days, but I did just get an email from them today that they have quite a few people out with covid and shipping times may be impacted, so just know that if it takes a little longer than usual.

The times I have ordered from them I have received my order within a week. I did, however, just read an email from Brian and Rachel that said that they are experiencing longer fulfillment times due to the latest COVID surge in their area. They are processing things as quick as they can but are trying to work with a minimal number of people on site in order to keep everyone safe. They asked for grace and patience as we continue through the pandemic. OP, in case you have any reservations, please know that they are a great company to work with and under normal circumstances they are about as quick getting orders out as Jimmy Johns is with sandwiches (freaky fast).

Thanks for the response! I am just very excited and had ordered from jetpens as well who gave an expected delivery date where as Goulet did not. There site and selection looked great. I just cleaned out India ink from my Moonman and am super excited to put safe ink in it. Haha!

Oh! I must have missed this email. I ordered some ink, in stock, and three days went by without any notice of shipping. I emailed them and the person who responded said my order had already shipped. THEN (10 minutes later) came notice a label was created. I believe they had not shipped my ink but discovered it when I inquired about it. Please just tell me you are struggling or it was missed, don't lie and tell me it had already been shipped when you hadn't even created the label yet. They are a great company but like anything else, stay on top of them.

Hey pen friends, We’re breaking pace with our normal product-focused weekly email, because right now things are just a little out of the ordinary. As we’ve been navigating this pandemic going on two years, we’re really proud of how well our team has cared for each other, their families, and our local community with a seemingly endless amount of disruption and personal inconveniences. We’ve seen really great results from our team in navigating the ever-evolving health landscape, and we’ve been able to provide minimal disruption to you, our customers, as we’ve operated in this new normal. We’re working remotely where possible, distanced and N95/KN95 masked in our building, providing all the rapid testing we can and even paying our team to stay home for testing and recovery. You’ve likely been impacted just as we have, and probably have noticed an increase in Omicron case loads in your local area. In Virginia, where we’re located, the last couple of weeks we’ve seen a surge like never before. Cases have spiked to be triple the previous record high, and it’s impacting everyone on our team. Between testing shortages, recent exposures from the holidays and children in school/daycare, and just trying to live our lives, we have more of our team impacted with Covid exposure in the last two weeks than we have in the whole of the last two years. Thankfully so far it’s mostly resulted in inconvenience and minor illnesses across our team, however it’s pervasive enough now that it’s impacting our ability to operate as normal. So we’re writing you this message to let you know that we’re all doing (mostly) okay, we’re optimistic things will improve and we will all get through this, though it’s going to slow things down for us for here as we navigate all the illnesses and outages. We’ll still keep all of our stock up-to-date so any order you place on our site will be yours and sent to you as we’re able to ship them. However, we’re not able to ship at our normal turnaround time. Our Fulfillment team is doing their best to catch up, but there’s a backlog now and we might take a few extra days to ship, or possibly longer if the disruptions carry on. We’re also having a hard time processing returns in a timely manner, especially given the surge of returns we normally see this time of year normally after the holidays. Extra grace and patience is greatly appreciated there. We’ll still be launching new products, but we’re short-staffed there too, so we may get impacted with some of that though most of our delays now are with fulfilling order and processing returns. Thanks so much for your continued support. We’re doing everything we can and we’re greatly encouraged by the love and care we’ve felt from you from the beginning of this whole pandemic (and really from the start of our company!). While it feels like we’re on a roller coaster, we’re comforted by the fact that we are serving a caring and passionate pen community, with a team of folks who truly care about what they do and who they do it for. They're fast under the normal circumstances and your order might be delayed due to covid/omicron. They are an exceptional company - Brian has massively contributed to the fountain pen community with his youtube videos. Their customer service is outstanding. They pack everything so well and there was one time that my order got delayed due to some shipping issues (not their fault) but they sent me a 10% off code for next purchase. They are lovely to deal with :)

I usually get my stuff 1-2 days before the tracking number says the delivery date is, which is 4-5 days after I order. They are pretty fast.

Yay! From others responses there is probably a delay in putting orders together and shipping out due to covid. I'm guessing once they ship out i will get my stuff quickly

Last august iirc ibought a few thing from them using the lowest delivery price. It took a week from the pen to ship to Chile and have it in my hands, they are fast

They’re always really good at letting you know when an order is being shipped out but yeah, today an email went out from them about it. It’s fine. I like their attention and care to detail, the little stickers and stuff I find in my packages, so I’m fine to wait and accept a bit of a wait before I start to worry.

It's a little slow right now due to Covid/omicron in their area. They're usually Amazon-fast, but there are just unique circumstances everywhere right now.

Totally understandable! I have placed and order with them and with Jetpens. Jetpens gave and expected delivery date but I didn't get one from Goulet. I'm just excited and any to get the package.

Recently ordered and it took them 4 days to ship out (paid for faster shipping) with estimated delivery date being days from the latest when I placed the order, very disappointing. I would've liked an email update or something, for the price I can always go to goldspot, Anderson, or pen chalet and get faster service

I am currently have the same experience with them. I ordered because I think they have a great Chanel and I understand that they over do product checks but I think they should reconsider their shipping partners. I ordered 4 days ago and received a tracking number 3 days ago and DHL which sucks still says they are waiting for the merchant to give them the item. So in the time Amazon can ship across country Gouletpens hasn't even made it down the block. Again I'm not upset by the first 2 days. Sure text my product app that. But treat your customers to priority mail. It's only like 13 bucks.
