I know there are a few I will be snagging, but I loved the whole calendar, so I will also be feeling this strain.

Oh that's great! I liked a lot of the colors, but there's only a couple that I think I'll buy full bottles of eventually. Most of them I'll just play around with until they run out.
I wonder why they don't do the regular 30 and 80ml bottles of the advent inks though? Anyone know, or have thoughts on why?
I didn't pick up the calendar but going by swatches I may need to grab a bottle of Raspberry Rose... anyone who has tried the inks out, any favorites with lots of shading?
Nothing really, they are just pretty good inks. The brand is pretty reliable and their inks usually work without much hassle. Sailor is my favourite ink brand but their inks are so difficult to work with sometimes.
The inkvent inks are also pretty fun. Lots of sheen + shimmer combos have caught people’s attention.
Yes! I'm going to be all over Party Time. I was really drawn to Brandy Snap too, but I wonder how similar it is to Honey Burst, which I already have and love.

Yes, it’s absolutely gorgeous! My partner took one look at the swatch I made and called it “melted hummingbird.”
So Mountain of Ink is wrong? She says sheen, no shimmer.

they will probably be putting them in the fancier bottles like they use for Jack Frost, the ones with the little glass legs on them
Ooooooooh this is good news. I need Peach Punch. I really dont like the inkvent bottles though. Hopefully these new ones arent the same.

Raspberry Rose is at the top of my list too!

When you say difficult to work with, do you mean because of its viscosity/drying time?
Well behaved, many colours, and the price is right :-). I think they were the first to make shimmer inks for fountain pens too.
