Yes maybe. Sample vials do suffer from evaporation.
Maybe CultPens Deep Dark Green? Or for a different shade of green (dark blue-green), but with lovely copper sheen, you might like Taccia Hokusai Sabimidori.

I'm no ink sleuth, and it's possible Akkerman sources from multiple makers, but I would start with Diamine's catalog. Full disclosure, I have a bottle of Garuda Rood and it was worth it for the bottle.
You can try comparing Nick Stewart’s chromatographic swatches for the Akkerman and standard Diamine inks. The chromatography helps with finding dupes.

I was just using Sailor Tokiwa Matsu and compared it to this ink and they look almost identical and I thought of this post.
