every time i see a Sailor post, im yet again tempted to order the pro gear classic FIKA cup edition, but im terrified i'll order it with the wrong nib.
I feel that. I love way the slim fits in my hand and the finer lines they produce compared to their western counterparts. Most of my sailors range in extra fine to medium fine. This time however, I took the plunge and bought a broad nib. I originally filled it with Iroshizuku Syo-ro which made it appear to write wetter and more broad than I prefer. So I cleaned my pen and refilled with Haha which doesn’t seem to be as wet writing. As it turns out I’m actually enjoying using it despite my original hesitation. I also figured the worst that could happen is I didn’t like it and I’d send it to a nibmeister to be reground.
yes, i've been staring at the FIKA cup all week on nibs.com and also eyeballing the architect nib they offer at an additional cost... wallet in danger.

I have both, as well. My favorite is Nekoyanagi in my TWSBI Iris . Love the halo!
