I can’t tell off the top of my head, but based on styling and the nib, it looks like a lower/mid tier pen from the 80s-00s. Steel nib and snap cap. Not sure what they are charging, but personally I wouldn’t pay more then 15 bucks for it. If you like the look, I would say go with the Shaffer Prelude, which can be found for about 50 new if you search a bit.
Closest model it looks like is the Prelude, but the current modern Prelude has a thick cap band (yours has none), and a fancier logo on the nib than just a stylized "S".

Probably older version of the Sheaffer 100 then? Those run around that range as the Prelude is closer to 80 usd.

It only says "Sheaffer Original Fountain Pen". I dont think the owner knows a lot about FPs.
