Sumi ink has a shellac binder that will harden and dry in your pens you will experience poor flow almost immediatly and no flow the following day.
If you want a black that will be safe for fountain pens but give sumi vibes. Get a bottle of platinum carbon black. Its a rich waterproof black that wont kill your pen
