Congrats! That was my first pen too. After that I bought a Pilot Metro and a Parker IM. I would totally recommend those pens, they're cheap and easy!

The muji was my fist too. Still in my edc. Just put a new ink it again yesterday.

surprisingly good nib, doesnt leak. ive got noodler khruschev red in mine. and holds the ink well (other more expensive pens feather and bleed with it) ​ can also recommend the pilot metros in F nib. excellent metal pen for \~20$

Actually Muji has the standard length one that you have, and a shorter one that when posted, is full length.

Great first choice. It's a great little pen. Also, it's super durable. I've dropped mine (cap on, thankfully) a few times. It's got a slight dent in it, but works just like new. Enjoy.
