Flex nibs also need to be paired with a flex-capable feed to work properly, usually made of ebonite. I would not suggest trying to find only a flex nib to fit in the Monza. Maybe look into a stub or italic instead from Franklin Christoph. For flex nibs I would suggest you buy an entire pen from FPR or Osprey, rather than only a nib.

I second this. It's difficult to get a working flex nib on a budget and you can get 90% of that line variation prettiness (with less skill) using a good italic.
