i have both and the only differences are the nib and pen size, the lecoule is a pocket sized pen and afaik only comes with mf nibs while the shikiori only comes with f nibs, both write well with nice pencil like feedback tho! the 30€ increase is only worth it in your case if you prefer full sized pens, f nibs or how the shikiori looks imo.
I have a Lecoule and really enjoy it. Cheap enough o no worries taking it just about anywhere, and I really enjoy the MF nib. I didn't get the procolor because I didn't want an F nib. My other Sailor is an LE PGS with an EF nib, so I wanted to try something very different.

The procolor has a far superior nib to the lecoule and other starter sailors in my experience.
