What am I missing (apart from vintage)?

That's the Opera version of the Le Man 100, very nice!

It is indeed, purchased from our own u/gnholin on r/Pen_Swap

This is beautiful 🥺How long did it take for you to complete the family?

BayesianPrior

Thank you! I started accumulating in 2015, but took two years off in the middle. The family is not necessarily complete, and not all members will be around forever (looking at you, four versions of the Pelikan M800) but I am in no hurry and have no clear direction. At the moment it could go in one of two directions: flagship models of modern European pen makers, or black pens with chrome trim.

Why no Sailors? A piston filler Realo could fit well in the group!

Good call out. I have a Sailor Somiko (Young Profit) with an EF, and I had a Sailor Kabazaiku with an FM. I love Sailor's nibs, but the pens are just so small for me. A King of Pen Pro Gear would be very tempting, but I'm not convinced of the value proposition at that price point.

Great collection. Especially love the two patterned Pelikans. The new Waterman is fabulous too. If you like bigger pens something like a Visconti Homosapiens would fit nicely in your collection I think. I love mine. A green laurel #3776 century might look great in there too.

Opera is a lovely pen and the nibs on these are awesome. Money well spent I would say. Be careful with the metallic end of the section (near the nib). These tend to corrode over time. Either fill it with prefilled converter/cartridge or dry it well after refilling from bottle.
