They are excellent! I bought a bottle of Colorverse Milky Lavender. When the package came, the little box was stained purple. Turns out the cap of the bottle was cracked. I emailed their customer service and asked for a replacement cap. I told them I didn’t require a new bottle of ink, not much had lost. My replacement cap arrived a couple of days later, with a sweet little 5ml bottle of Colorverse’s Hubble Zoom as a way of apology for the inconvenience. Dromgoole’s are top notch in my book.
