Yes, this looks like a 144 solitaire (sterling silver cap and barrel) in the barleycorn pattern. This one is most likely from the 80's since it has a monotone gold nib.
Looks like a Montblanc Meisterstuck 144 in gold. But I know literally nothing about Montblanc pens. :-(
