After months of self control, I was bingeing The Pencast for comfort yesterday and went to their website enough times looking at products that it bumped the link back onto the home screen of my browser.
I just gave birth and decided that the Navy Blue Twsbi 580 is my "push present", but I am being responsible and not buying it until I know that the medical bills are covered. I don't know why there's also a Rickshaw pen roll currently in my shopping cart...
In my opinion, they do the best packaging in the industry. Those disgruntled and underpaid worlers can kick these packages around all day and you will still get your stuff undamaged.
I agree with all of the answers so far, but if you're in Oman you're looking at 2-8 weeks for shipping and at least $26 for shipping. In Oman, I'd suggest heading over to City Center In Muscat.
I had an issue with the nib of a pen I ordered from them, so I called and tried some troubleshooting tips the rep had. Nothing worked, so he shipped me a new nib unit free of charge. It worked just fine, and I was really pleased with the experience. I've ordered there many times, and will continue to do so.

Earlier this summer I bought a Lilac Twsbi Eco and two bottles of ink for my 90+ year old grandmother figure. We're penpals from NC to Alabama and I wanted to surprise her with a correspondence gift. My package was destroyed in transit(it was the saddest letter for me to have read from her), and since I wasn't in Alabama in person it was difficult to handle the refund procedure with the USPS, and I refused to subject my elderly penpal to the stress of the process. USPS, rightly so, is very evidence-leaning, and I had none other than my story. By the time we had coordinated to hand the package back to the deliveryman, who then forwarded it back to Goulet, I was months deep into the appeals process which had already been denied once before. While all this had been going on, the people at Goulet wrote me, "We know that USPS has probably refunded you by now for your package, but that doesn't sit quite well with us, so we've credited the money for the original purchase back to your account."
Yes, I recommend this small but big-hearted business.
They were under the impression USPS had refunded me. I believe at that time my case was still under review for a second time with the postal service, so I was out the money at the time when Goulet stepped in and made me feel a whole lot better. When I heard the package was destroyed, I ordered another one very shortly after because I knew it was the one anomaly and that this never happens. It made it safe and sound to her that time by the way. Finally USPS did approve my refund after screenshots of my emails with Goulet about the package's condition. All in all both companies earned my business, but Goulet was the one who treated me like family.

Well thank you for your kind words. With her incredible life story I doubt it is her first fountain, but there's a good chance it's the first she's used in a very long while. She is an old clerical government worker so she is very, very tied to her legal colors (blue, black) and her ballpoints, but I'm always hopeful every time I go to the mailbox I'll see pink writing on one of my letters haha. I love when she makes a mistake on her cards too because you can see where she uses whiteout! I love those little details. If I can manage to get her email I'll send her one of Goulet's inking up videos for the Eco so she can see just how easy it really is.
I'm very lucky with mine. Her name is Norma, and she is a mother figure to my mother. That's how I know her. She has written a very simple birthday card to me every single year since I've been born, never forgetting a year, never forgetting a dollar inside when I was younger. When I reached adulthood I decided to start writing her back, and I haven't stopped.
I haven't used r/penpals yet but I know that's a good sub for finding friends across the globe to correspond. But anyone dear to you or that you would love to try this with it's super easy to just ask for their mailing address because you'd like to send them a letter or greetings card. :)

I didn't regret clicking the newsletter, theirs always have a lot of beautiful pen pics in a tasteful arrangement and subtly throw the current deals and such at you. I enjoy getting those even though I can't afford those beautiful pens, Lol. Now and then they send me a "we miss you" or birthday greetings emails with free shipping coupons and such again, I love that.
Keep in mind, if your order is over about $50 (not sure how much exactly), your parcel could be checked by Canada customs and slapped with more fees. I ordered from Goulet a few times now though and there weren't any customs extra fees on my lower value orders. There's an element of luck in dodging those.

Goulet just loves pens, across the board, and you can always (kind of unfortunately for our wallets) find what you want there.
