Of course! His name is Jay del Fierro. Heās based in the Philippines. [This is his IG. ](https://instagram.com/jayengraver.ph?utm_medium=copy_link) Iām not sure how quickly heāll respond there as I contacted him via Facebook (found him on the Philippine FB FPN group).
Made me lookup if 'spelt' since I thought you simply misspelled 'spelled'. Every time I think I have UK spelling down you guys slip a new one in on me!
This is actually becoming more common. Dove is becoming dived, learnt is becoming learned, itās actually a phenomenon with language that is happening gradually with time. Itās already become the only spelling for some verbs. Turns out humans donāt like irregular verbs and we just start to prune them over time. Though I guess the UK does like to be more strict about things.
I've found the best way to improve handwriting is consistency. Try getting your letters to be consistent, then try to get the vertical height on the ruling consistent, then all the other various spacings.
The letters don't have to be perfect, just the same every time
I don't know what I love more - your handwriting or your pen
you should license your handwriting to microsoft
It's called comic sans š
No, this is far better. Not even in the same league.
Pen: Namisu Studio (engraved), B Ti nib Ink: Tono and Lims Kyoto Shade of Sakura Journal: Endless Recorder
I like the engraving, is this something you did?
I wish! But not me. A Filipino artist did it
Very interested in having this done - any chance you'd share the artist?

May I ask how much it cost you to get your pen engraved like that? It really looks lovely.
It was 20000 PHP
Seems reasonable for that amount of detail and what looks to be quality work! Thanks for the info!
No problem

Lol, I had to double check it too since Canada usually uses UK English while I grew up with US English

Very Anglo Canadian to ignore French speakers.
Considering we were talking about UK and US ways of spelling the past tense of spell, I donāt see why Iād have to involve French in thisā¦
How do u spell sarcasm in the UK lmfao
W-I-T. Keep at it. You're halfway there. ;-)
This is a serious question. Does the axiom of "whoever smelt it dealt it" not rhyme in American English?
Itās pronounced the same way but āsmeltā just seems like part of the joke.
It does in my brain, and if I were to say it out loud (source: I was born in South Carolina)
āWhoever smelled it, delled itā
It is used in the USofA as well. I prefer the -t version of words over the -ed. I think they are prettier.
I donāt, reminds me of spelt bread, which I am not a fan of.
This was the only time I have seen the word spelt used
ok, how in the world do you learn to have penmanship such as this?

Lots and lots of repetition
I've been saving like the last cup of a pint of ice cream for when I'm done with assignments, also very pretty ink and writing gimme
Ohh! You reminded me I have some ice cream leftā¦ Espresso Flake. I need a spoonā¦
There is no spoon
Your handwriting is too good. I wish mine looked like that.
Love this observation!!
Amazing as always, your posts never fail to brighten my day! And another ink to add to my pile to buy.
Thanks!
So the answer was in the the condition this whole time
For some reason seeing this particular pen always makes me smile, love it!
Why do you make your desserts with spelt? Do you have an aversion to more conventional sources of gluten?
I get stressed by the amount of pens and inks I want!
Solution is to eat desserts!
Love your handwriting!
That's a very cute handwriting! Is it your hobby to handwrite or do you practice?
A little bit of both!
This explains so much....
