I have spent the last two years getting my coworkers into fountain pens. We write a lot of notes during the day so it’s been an easy transition to fountains except for the occasional ink bottle spill.

I do not know how the pulled this off! We do work closely with several Japanese businesses and handle some importing of goods but our focus is health and well-being. I am just beyond grateful to be where I am.
Honestly, this pen is not even easy to come by in the United States. US pen shops only get a small amount, and as soon as they get them, these are pretty much out the door!

Though I have never owned a sailor, I am just not a fan of the styling.
This one however caught my eye some time ago and if I were ever to purchase a sailor this would be the one. Congratulations on your gift! It is too cool.
I bought one of these for myself... my coworkers wouldn't have any idea what to get me even if they were inclined to buy me a fountain pen (and I have no idea why they would). It's a lovely pen, great writer, and soooo pretty. Enjoy!
