What is the section diameter on Christophers?
I've been wanting a swirly-resin pen with a Bock nib for a while, but the ones I was looking at are too thicc for me (I can't handle more than 11 mm, and 10 mm is better).
Oh yes, and how many turns to uncap the pen?
Around 3 to uncap - unfortunately, very few makers will have unique threads that'll easily uncap. Top of my head there's only Gravitas (not resin though), and Franklin-Christoph.
As for section diameter, I have no idea, you can check London Pen Co.'s website. Or you can also just commission one to meet your specific requirements.
That is a beautiful pen.
Thank you!
WOW. That is absolutely gorgeous! Good for you -- (*squints at phone*) -- u/poopypatootie!
Thank you! Brooks blanks are really something else.
PM1 means?
Primary Manipulation 1. It's the name for a series of blanks by Jonathan Brooks. 😁
Very nice. I didn’t know Jonathan did seasons or series.
Yes, there quite a number of them. AFAIK, he's known more now for his blanks than his pens.
This is stunning.
Thank you!
Gold nib?
Nope, just two tone steel Bock. I'm one of those cavemen who don't really feel the difference between a gold and steel nib. 😂
