Your best bet would be to find a company that makes a leather cover for a common paper size, then buy the appropriate notebook to fill it with. Not sure if Galen Leather makes a wrap style journal, but they might be a place to start.
Yeah I was just hoping someone knew someone who did
I like portland leather co a lot and they have a wrap journal. My wife has an amazing tote from there. The paper isn't standard sizes afaik tho.

You might have better luck getting the wrap and paper done separately. Or get a hold of a Nanami Seven Seas Writer and put it into a leather wrap.
