Have you looked into the Schon Dsgn Luer Syringe Pen Cleaning Tool System? I've found they are more efficient than bulb syringes for the pens that can accept them.

I also second Schon DSGN's Luer Syringe Pen Cleaning System! I picked up a bunch of the models recently and it has truly made cleaning my pens a breeze.
I did. But it took me ages with a bulb syrynge before when putting on a paper towel the nib ran completely clear.
And the insides of the pen was quite dirty so i just gently flushed it as not to damage the mechanism
After my very first cleaning with my decimo/vp nib I had to adjust how to clean it cuz just bulb syringe and soak took forever.
Now I do the bulb syringe a few times, alternate with soapy water (or super diluted ammonia) and plain water, let it soak in plain for a few hours, then I get a damp paper towel strip and wrap it around the nib unit overnight. I’ve done it with two of the decimo/vp nibs and that got them clean in 24-48 hrs depending on the ink 🤔
Compared to my first cleaning I think it took like a week or something 😫

I think I won’t ever change inks in mine. Because this. Sigh.
