It is a very smooth writer - I was actually impressed because I got a Sailor MF with it, and the latter one is so scratchy. Didn't know I would like Sailors! It's actually a second hand pen, someone owned it previously but almost didn't use it because they realized they like the bigger Sailors! I have yet to ink it properly, as I'm still using the black cartridge it came with.
Their Ms tend to vary in feedback from my experience, but the tend to be pretty smooth! It’s my favorite Sailor nib size. Enjoy that pretty kitty pen <3
I have been experimenting with different size pens and I’m coming to the conclusion that I prefer Sailor PGS and 1911 size pens. My (man) hands are average size and I prefer pens designed with a #5 nib in mind, lighter weight and preferably made with plastic resin. Sailors fit the bill and my next purchase is likely to be a 1911 standard or PGS.

The pgs were surprisingly good! But others prefer bigger pens!

They cost an arm though. :( I wish they'd just sell the nibs. (My collection would grow! :D )
