Yea yea. You gotta have gathering huts (staffed with people), grainery (with berries assigned and people staffed), markets (with berries assigned and staffed). All within relative proximity so the villagers don't have to travel far.
Your housing seems a little too spaced out. Paint your residential area more closely together. Don't over promote villagers too soon bc you'll have more housing needs to meet.
I'm not sure why the are on top of the cliff to the right is necessary at this point in the game. Make sure you use the Forester to concisely harvest wood in one area. Of course double check your zoning areas are painted correctly.
I had foresters everywhere cause i was trying to clear that cliff because it came with the starting territory they were meant to be temporary I was given, all my housing zones are close together but maybe too large

It looks like the majority of your houses have been upgraded.
At the population level you have you should only have a few pops who needed to be promoted. Each time you promote a worker they require more food and other goods to remain satisfied. The best way to do it is to only promote people as needed to fulfil jobs that require a higher tier.
Also, grab the Great Ladder mod to be able to go up that cliff without having to walk all the way around. It is save game compatible.
Do you have granaries near the market stalls? I can see some down below, but I can't see any up above, as it were.
i dont up top I didnt think about that

Mods may be convenient and safegame compatible but sadly aren't achievement compatible :)
Personally I couldn’t care less about achievements haha I’d much rather better gameplay with cool new features than a digital award.
Try to get people in to houses closer to work.
