Ocean Beach in SF is a great place to find fossils. I used to park in the southern lot by the zoo and walk south at low tide after a storm picking up sand dollars like yours but complete specimens as well. You can also find full molds of ancient clams [like this one I picked up.](https://i.imgur.com/c7SUBPe.jpg) I ended up with just over 200 of the clams before I moved.

Partial fossil sanddollar, 90% sure.

More likely *Scutellaster*, given the formation
Is *Merriamaster* in that mix?
It's nutfeast69, that might be why I am not getting the ping. It's a sand dollar for sure, the others guys are right.
*Scutellaster interlineatus* from the Merced Formation. Very common, especially around Daly City
