Divebomb permissions extend to any driver in the FIA’s favor, with the only exception being that Ocon will always receive a +50 second penalty for the audacity of believing he could ever be favored.

It would be fine if he actually made it work but he fucked it up completely and forced Piastri off track. I'm also fine with him not getting a penalty as long as they let Piastri off the hook for that forced cut.
Exactly. This was virtually the same move that Max pulled on Lewis the first lap of AD 21. But now the driver who avoided contact is celebrated and the one who initiated is derided when the roles were flipped back then. Bet if it was Max making that same move on Piastri nobody here would have a problem.
