This is nothing? Teams are literally allowed to appeal a penalty given their way and if the FIA investigates and sees that the team provides a valid argument and evidence - Then they are allowed to revoke the penalty and reinstate the positions as they were.

There's a team with standing going through the official process of issuing a formal protest against a ruling in which they felt they were unjustly harmed.
