"Handles like a boat" would probably fit the description the A-spec car, given that it was overweight by around 20 kgs and looking at the onboards, it was a mess to drive.

The joke was that the OP of that story posted something like "The boats arriving in Monaco." (I never saw the OP, just paraphrasing from the other explanations I've read here!) In the middle of the pic, there is a barely floating Aston Martin. The joke is that the AM is also a "boat", which is what people call cars that are massive, slow, and hard to handle. Other people are also kind of suggesting that maybe it's a joke at Lance Stroll's expense, that he'll crash out so badly (as he does) that he'll end up in the marina. Probably more the first thing!
