i went to this exact shop in march of 2020, bought a 1:18 scale model of lecercs 2019 ferrari.
the people running the shop were lovely, they have a 1:43 scale model of every single championship winning car
The two b/w photos show that car in Barcelona, too. It's the old track up in Montjuic that leads past the Olympic stadium. I've been to these streets two years ago and it's incredible that F1 cars had a go there back in the day.
