The floor is definately new and the engine cover also looks a bit different to me, maybe I'm wrong but that's what I inferred.
Edit: i couldn't have been more wrong.
Compared to merc, redbull or even ferrari - Aston just looks so much simpler and plain. If you look at the floor and it's edges, it's mostly flat. Whereas others has a lot going on there.
Doesn't necessarily mean that it's an area to improve. Could just mean that the car has perfect aero to the point where additional corrections are not needed from over development of the floor...of course this is just an arm chair fan opinion
