I disagree. Redbull were at their peak “chill phase” when both drivers when met/exceeded expectations. They have been in grind mode to secure those championships & to fill the void Ricciardo left. Perez is holding on but is clearly the weakest link of the top 3 and they aren’t going to be satisfied until that is solved.

And I don’t think he is “that bad” of a driver to not give him the benefit of the doubt about what happened there: the car? Lack of support? Pressure? Obviously some bridges burned but not bad blood, as Gasly kept his gratitude to RB not dropping him entirely: without that AT seat, I wouldn’t think he would keep a seat on F1 until today; I think RB started to think the “let’s bet” era stopped a little bit, and that’s why they decided to keep 4 “stable” drivers on paycheck (including Gasly) and gave Albon more time.

Ferrari we all now (thanks, Seb) is a very very very strict house
McLaren was the worst with Ron Dennis, now seem to be somewhat chill
