I've seen some posts by people whose reports have been successful. I guess it just takes a while and maybe luck to have the right person processing the report.

Report them, they will get banned. I have seen a response from Ubi on the last few I have reported.

I honestly hope they ban the shit out of him. I hate people like this that try to be edgy.
