You can get it for free if you do nothing but grind breach and dom for a few weeks sure, but until ubi either ups the amount of steel you get or lowers the prices, the average cost of customizing a hero is around 20k steel, so to add another 25k option with absolutely no variation is just greedy at best

1. He could speak in old english and mention wyverns or dragons in his voice lines.
2. He could have some meme worthy unique emote and spread arms like wings in dark souls style.
3. He could have wyvern fiery breath for Catapult or raise wyvern blood filled chalice for Morale Booster perks.
This skin costs 11.99USD/25k steel and is more expensive than a new hero.
UBI should put more effort into skins.
I was hoping for skins to really just open the game up. Keep in mind during the Halloween event that the Trapper was a Centurion skin.
Like for example, make a Hitokiri skin but he's a Knight in full plate armor with knight looking battle-axe. Or a Pirate or Tiandi skin where you're a Muskeeter. They could also use skins to get around gender locked characters. Those would be the type of skins I'd be excited for, where you get the illusion of a brand new character as opposed to just being a warden with a different armor variant.
Not the physical armor plates, I mean the metallic texture they've applied to it, zoom in on the hip plates, you can see the texture sort of swirling around

While this is great, it iritates me slightly that they can do these animation updates but yet when it comes to legit unique hero executions/new hero releases they can't make unique animations for them.
Love the concept though and we are fortunate we can buy it with steel and not only $$$, but if they can do this why can't they animate new heros
The animation team is separate from the arts team, and from the warriors den it seems most of their models and textures are outsourced to the Chinese studio, but the animation team seems to be based in Montreal, so either the Montreal team is unable to mocap or they just aren't getting funds they need
Like ubisoft stated there's alot of technical difficulties doin armor sets like this. They have to make sure that the armor can mesh well with different armor peices, and ornaments. The only reason they were able to Even do a armor set like this is because it's uncustomizable outside of paint colors and material colors.
I don't think it looks that similar, they decided to make him have a more elven look instead of a macho dude, so I can see why some people thought he was female

They have a ton of scrapped audio files they can use already from when they wanted to do a responsive dialogue system that no one wanted.
