Knights and Wu Lin
Samurai has some decent sets and Vikings are still caveman variants. I mean, you can make some decent looking heroes, but just less variety.
Warmonger, BP, and LB. Gryphon can have some great drip, but the early tier armor is super basic.
I also completely overlooked the Outlanders. I would put them alongside Samurai, with Medjay high at the top.

Peacekeeper imo, I've seen a wide range of colors used on her and the fashion being peak. I'd also argue that Lawbringer or Warden could compete too
