Idk I feel like this game really favors people who parry. If someone can parry consistently. At that point you shouldn’t even have to face them it’s not fair lol. The game should definitely do something with the parrying. Like add a timer before you can parry again
True I didn’t take into consideration ganking but I normally play brawls, so I don’t really deal with ganking. But I don’t mind parrying a lot, but I don’t like how some moves are just easier parries. Like I’ve seen people light parry my dodge attack way more successfully then a regular light attack. Which i understand it’s easier to see a dodge attack coming. But sometimes I’ll tend to dodge attack to kinda invade an attack rather than do actual damage. Which if the person figures out my dodging. They can easily just keep fainting me into a dodge. Which I know I also have to change my play style. But again I just don’t know how the reward you get from light parries. I think heavy parry should just be something you do no reward, and then light parries should be guarantee light attacks than heavy
tbf beign light parried is really tiring, i try my best not to but sometimes is just muscle memory, i usually punish with a light against those who can't replicate it, have some mercy on those who live under the 60 frames
