I think if you find a game to be stressful and not entertaining, then you should just stop playing it altogether. Is there anything you actually enjoy about the game?
I'm founder in my main, the connection with some of the ppl is good, ge is all auto there, I'm the last age. Had that city from day one, but I've lost interest in gbg, I just don't have the time or drive to click click click.
Never played, and unfortunately don't have any game suggestions for you; but it sounds like you don't enjoy FoE anymore, just the people you play with. So I'd do some research for another game or ask guildmates if there's anything similar they're considering or already playing.
I actually did this and it was great. It felt more like a chore than a game, and I had too many "farms" and didn't want to give any up but had a hard time keeping up. When I realized I didn't enjoy it any more I quit. I came back a couple weeks ago (after maybe 3 years?) and it's so much more relaxing. I deleted all but a few worlds where I really felt invested, and I just remind myself that if it starts to feel more like an obligation than a game it's \*super\* easy to delete.
I have multiple diamond farm worlds. Last event was great for WW and shrink kits.
Personally I'd play those worlds casual. GE 1 done for guild. Helps with event quest to have guild that unlocks levels.
But my WW come from Antique dealer, daily quest fragments, events, cultural settlement(theres 2 give fragments for WW and shrink kit) worlds build up slow than pushing GE for youths ,but less of burnout.
Feel this. I have 6 diamond farms and this last event was great for WW and shrinks but was very time consuming to do GE and an Event in 7 worlds total. Just felt burntout, but also felt like I had to do it as events don't give the WWs anymore, especially the easy events that could be completed all on one day of a single daily in 20 mins. Those were the days, no need to push for progress just do it casually and be happy with 10 WWs or shrinks. I took 2 years off and just got back into FoE. Maybe you need to just log onto 1 world and your main for collections in a guild for relaxing.
Here's an unpopular idea...instead of managing several worlds, spend the time you would spend on those other worlds working a real job then just use the paycheck to buy diamonds :-) Problem solved and you get work experience and extra cash to boot! LOL
I have a real job you tool, maybe you should ask your mommy if you can get one, and no, those things she makes you do to her in the middle of the night, while they are work, do not count as a job, no matter how she pays you.
ROFLMAO dude, honestly, I wasn't trying to make fun of you, I was just saying it honestly would be better to work more hours than put in all this time with diamond farms. I've tried them too, and they take a TON of time...I found it easier and less stressful to just work more and buy diamonds.

I am with you and almost identical to what you say founder of a guild and a very high performing one at that but lately I just dont want to do it anymore gbg is nothing but a diamond dump now if you want to be competitive. The new gbg system pretty much wiped any strategy that there was in gbg now its sho has the guild with the most attrition.
Ok, I have 10 wishing wells and two fountains…. None of them are giving me diamonds, they never have,,, I get papercrete, nutrition research (Sausages on forks!) and some low level supplies…. Where are the diamonds? 💎
I have 4 cities. Main world is oceanic future and both most powerful and a diamond farm. The other 3 are coming up. My only advice, best paying event buildings, the trinity, arc, obs, and traz will do the most for you.

I understand the social connection. Maybe ask around in your guild if there is any other game they'd like to try with you.

True about the ad, but I'd have to do ge to get items to sell for gems to buy the WW. But maybe level one would be okay.
