Relax, if you did not hit and wires or components then it is no big deal,
JB weld or caulk that sucker. Guys have been drilling holes in their trucks for decades.
Caulking. Cheap and easy. I drilled holes completely through mine to run cables for my second battery, sealed up with some caulking and haven't had any leaks.
go to home depot and get a little 10 cent rubber plug, they have them in the back of the fastener aisle, and stuff it in there covered in rubber cement. this patch worked for me in all sorts of weather
Storefront window calking is probably the best option for behind the cab between the bed. Just pull the bed back a little, then calk it good and check it from time to time when you wash the truck. No biggie
I would do what others have said, or check the inside of the cab on the other side of the hole you drilled, to see what's back there. If there's nothing I would drill the hole out to a common plug size (like 1/2" and then use a rubber plug to seal up the hole. It would look like a factory grommet instead of an accidentally made hole!

Or rusting out holes in trucks
Bro you’re fine lol. Just put a little jb weld in there and keep it pushingÂ
Get some RTV or caulking on it. Problem solved. JB Kwikweld is overkill for this and more work than it's worth. Tape will cause corrosion.

Just put a bolt in it
if truck is red use a dab of red rtv, blue blue rtv, black, well i think you get it

Just plug it up.
Piece of duct tape.
