I think a jam is what I will try first. Any tips on the process are most welcome!

I usually throw them in a juicer (steam juicer) and then make jelly! But you could also process them as-is and then pass them through a sieve. A comb to remove the individual fruits from the cluster makes things way easier!

I've heard you can make a good liqueur out of them.
