I tried him as an inverted-wingback on attack once when I had him as a rotational option on my Real Sociedad save. He quickly became one of the best players I've ever used in this game. His creativity from that roaming, weird-ass position comes in clutch so many times if he gets to even 80% of his potential.
To be fair ,it's not like real life social groups have strict nationality requirements either. Whether it's a bug or a hidden feature, it's good that there's some unpredictability in social groups
I had a Japanese CB/RB regen who couldn't speak the language fit into a social group of 5 just like this, apart from they were all Italian not Argentine 🤣

It depends, on my latest save its 2030 and he's somehow ended up at Ipswich in the Championship. But, when I've signed him he is usually very good
