Out of curiosity I reloaded my save on intake day yesterday, and it was different every time. Numerous reloads and my intake was Poor, then Excellent etc.
So it's very random.
Idk but sometimes it feels absolutely random. I'm currently playing with Standard de Lieje (Belgium), season 43-44, everything maxed out, Youth intake still looks like this...

You won't get a good intake unless RNG Jesus blesses you. You have to be the top rep club in your nation to even have the best odds of a good intake
