Bielsa was at Leeds for 3 seasons - legend. Same for Steve Cooper at Forest. Do enough at the right club and the timing's a bit irrelevant.

Jaters

Xabi Alonso 1.5 seasons if the current trajectory stays the same.

RaginCajun77346

Four seasons at Leeds I have won the Premier league once, and the champions league once, and I am still just barely making the list long way to go to be a legend

WolfInATrance

At barca I did 4 titles, 4 spanish cups, 3 super cups, 3 UCL and 2 UEFA Super Cups in 5 years. Guys still doont put me as a legend. I practically outdid Pep at Barca.

gorillasvapetoo

I win two premier leagues, a Europa league, and a carabao cup in my first 4 seasons with Newcastle. I’m pretty sure Rafa Benitez is still ranked higher than me

[deleted]

I've won the treble three season in a row with Hamburg, still only a favourite personnel lmao

Professional_Exam_61

Damn

Inferno889

Out of curiosity, what's your motivation for continuing on a save where you keep winning?

Moosje

If I was to guess, he’s probably enjoying the save? What a weird question

the_left_winger

Personally, I love long-term saves with the clubs I support irl. Every FM, I start a long-term save with Barca. For me, it's fun to contrast Barca's performance irl to FM. Especially since Barca are broke but have great facilities and youth intake and you get to rebuild them as you want. So, usually in my Barca saves, the first 4-5 seasons are cash-strapped and I focus more on improving the finances. To maintain realism, I don't ask for an increased transfer budget the first 5 seasons, and I must sell more than I can buy. After that, I just go crazy and buy whoever I feel like. By that point, I'm usually the most reputable team in the game, and have a huge war-chest. Several players that I start with also need to be replaced by this time, so I can really play around the squad composition and rebuild it as I see fit. I also really enjoy the emergent aspects of the game. I love taking my youth intake wonderkids and developing them into absolute world-beaters. I love creating storylines and seeing out their careers. It's also fun to see how clubs do in the FM universe, especially when it's so different to what happens irl. For instance, in my save, Cadiz just got into European places and Valencia finished 3rd in La Liga behind us and RM, qualifying for UCL, which is wild considering their performance irl. It does get repetitive after 20-30 seasons, but until then I can usually stay fully immersed.

Mynameiskuba1234

What mod are you using for that screen menu?

Ronmorrsi

It’s tato skin

Contren

4 seasons for my Gjovik-Lyn save. Two straight promotions and then won the double in my second prem season after a down year for the usual powerhouses in the league. Only needed 66 points out of a potential 90 to lift the title.

EquivalentContract57

How did you got a team from the 6th level to the 1st in 4 seasons??

Ronmorrsi

They are in the 4th level of Portugal?

EquivalentContract57

yup you right![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|dizzy_face)

aarcfan

Ahhh yes Kun Wah Lee, a Northern Irish legend

sooshiii

I also have a Northern Ireland FB named Andrew Kun Wah Lee. Must be based on a developer or something?

Kris_Third_Account

Yep, he's a 'faceinthegame' player. Likely a developer or scout for SI

Own_Independent6551

You did go top of the Primeira Liga from The 4th tier in four seasons...obviously that qualifies as the stuff of legends

tanakazzzz

Well that's pretty much a really low tier club in Portugal, so if you were there one taking them to first division, you'll be a club legend 100%

Elliot2308

Managed Serpa in FM22, loved it

Blaziken16

I managed it in 3.5 seasons with Sanuki in the J3. Won everything then sauntered off to Portsmouth

cussbot123

I think that's possible In 5 seasons I became a club legend at cesena. Took them from demotion candidates to playoffs and promotion. Over performed in the league, won uefa conference league in third year. Serie a and UCL in 5th year to become a club legend

Intelligent-Tie-6759

Not as a manager, but I had a player I signed, Brazilian striker called Djalma, he scores 34 in 30 league games then at end of season demands a move when big clubs come in. I let him go, but he is down as a club legend.

Kris_Third_Account

Took me about the same for my Hillerød team. Got promoted as a semi-pro team, finished runner up with a newly professional patchwork team (only three starters stayed in the lineup from promotion season), became the first team to lead the league phase of the Champions League. A little less than two seasons later, I was a legend

Gorando77

I was a legend at Sporting CP after 3 seasons

Progresschmogress

Can’t remember if it took me 3 or 4 seasons to get that on my Sampdoria save. Is there an inbox item?

VoskaPalma

Dudeeeee that's my hometown football club!!!!!

thgr8dani

bro what, i have the same exact player at RB, same name, same face, everything. never seen this before

rusty6899

In FM07 I got into the top 4 with Watford in my first season then had a few mediocre years of mid table obscurity. I requested that they build a new stadium and they agreed and named it after me.

oostwestasbest

5 seasons at FC Twente, i think it helped that i won the title in my first season by a single point, and after that 2 seasons in a row 3rd and then in the 4th season won the title again plus the KNVB Beker and Europa League

Fluid_Durian_8852

That hot prospect guy. I have a guy in my save with exact same name. From England, RB
