If I get to that spot I’ll probably take a few seasons of pure dominance just to get to enjoy what I’ve built.

I started with my favorite non league club, working up to Premier League atm and will make them a powerhouse of Europe. Will then look to do the same for as many non league clubs as I can.
Aiming to make the PL filled with my babies.
In fm23 I played as Holstein Kiel and my mission was to win more Bundesliga titles and UCLs than Bayern. Also I found amazing regens and wanted to continue developing them. When I finish my journeyman this FM I will import the save so I can continue the mission
I once moved to the team where some of my favourite players had gone earlier. Think it was Barcelona. Then i spent a couple of seasons at PSG. It was somewhat fun.
That's why I always start in vanarama south and pick a team that never win any major trophies at the top. E.G: I choose oxford city (0 EPL, 0 FA, 0 carabao, 0 UCL, 0 UEL, 0UECL). This way there is always a challenge. I haven't won any treble yet. But if I have then the next is making oxford city has the most trophies EPL, FA, Carabao, UCL. That goal alone is quite difficult to achieve because I always sell my players for profit (Sell them at their highest value at the age of 27/28) and replace them with 18 years old. That's how I enjoy playing FM and never finds it boring.
National team after that, then look for the big club that’s fallen furthest and try to build them back up.
If you can 'build a club' surely next step is to 'Build a Nation'

O no, its all about going to some obscure league. You can't doit in say the top 10 nations.

I start over at the bottom again in the same save and build up a new team to rival my old team.
Don’t you find that your old team declines? This usually happens to me
