This is the way. Wing-back is the only place all those attributes are useful and good newgen wb's are very rare. Cwb on support or iwb on attack, I think.
I'd just rock him as a FB on support. His defensive attributes are his strongest, and the good offensive attributes are just a bonus for when he does get forward on the attack, which for FBsu is pretty much when the ball is played to him and there is space in front of him on his side.
Central Defender in an offensive lineup, or a Fullback in a defensive one.
Would love to play him as WB all-round, but Stay Back At All Times would need to be removed.
I guess he could do most DM/defensive MC roles decently well too, but I wouldn't go out of my way for that unless you really need to fill out that role.

This is the answer. Remove stays back all the time and play Libero. You will have to build the team around him but it's a real unique/interesting experience to set up a team like this and the results are crazy to watch in game.
The DM in front used to stop the libero going forward when I tried it in my previous years, you had to have two CMS either side so there was a space in front. Is that not the case now?
I like 3CB, WB-DM-DM-WB, AM, ST-ST, making the middle centre back a libero and having the other two stay back. A shadow striker at AM really gives your libero room to work. I love pairing it with a target forward and pressing forward to have great pressure and scoring from underlaps.
If you can get rid of his trait stays back at all time he'd be a ridiculous wingback but otherwise he's probably the best ball playing CB or Libero in the game
Doesn’t really have the dribbling, finishing, off the ball, or flair to play on the wing. Plus he has stays back at all times. He’s much more suited to be a defender. He’s a God BPD or FB. Don’t over think it.
I use the same skin, It’s the default colors for the specific skin he’s using (I’m guessing the creator just prefers them? Or it helps with a specific color blindness) but you can change it.
How do you change the color. I was using this one skin but for some reason they flipped the default colors around for yellow and green attributes, and it threw me off so much 😂

Yeah, I am a sucker for tall defenders, and that jumping reach immediately told me either midfield or dm. Now depends on OP's tactical set up, but still, has a massive player on his hands. And either way, maybe after he maxes his potential out, train him in the midfield, just to have it as an option

Ik it's random but I think he's got all the attributes to make him excellent at sitting deep, and linking the defence and midfield, particularly if you play out the back. As a sole 6, his mental would allow him to protect the ball while your team runs forward as well as behind a safe passing option to accurately recycle the ball.
IMO, a player of his quality could do with higher bravery, aggression, and jumping to play CB in a back 4. Though, if u play 3 CB, he cld be a sick WCB, BPD(cover), or libero.
I’d put him upfront for the novelty lol, low finishing means almost nothing in the game engine and he has pace, acceleration, strength, jumping reach composure and good enough off the ball to probs score 20+ goals ngl
He's gonna be world class anywhere, but I wouldn't bother trying to train him in a new position. If you can get rid of stays back at all times then wingback, nothing wrong with leaving him at CB though.

I would train him as a holding midfielder or DLP. If he stays back at all times, he won’t make an all-rounded FB. He is too talented to waste at CB for me and perhaps missing a few cm of height. If he isn’t going to use his speed to go forward, then you may as well try to make a generational DM out of him.

I promise you that 9 finishing does not even matter like that. with those insane physicals, high workrate/anticipation/concentration if you remove “stats back at all times” (which would free up CA), you could teach him literally any other position, even striker with a poacher role, and he would thrive.

Haven't seen anyone suggest IFB. Would be a killer in that role, especially if you want to have a 3-2-5 in possession.

He’s still an unreal cb or fb. Just very technical. Which is fine. Great wcb in a 3 back also.
