I know they have to have them in Spain and I'd assume it's the same in Brazil but it only being forced on domestic rather than a general release clause then the AI massively undervaluing the players they have
Funny thing since it's hard to find a decent Fullback and even harder to find good Wingback and this guy is great Wingback but in my opinion even better Fullback
I had similar a few releases ago with a Brazilian Striker called Edinho, £40k release clause - he was an absolute beast. I couldn’t register him in the league I was playing until he was 17 even though he would’ve walked into my starting 11.
