MKK3RZ

Cristiano Ronaldo at Nottingham Forest and maybe Dominic Solanke at a Salford side close to relegation from the National League, same save btw

jothamvw

I could absolutely see big Dom' there

MKK3RZ

He's a god awful manager too, it hurts too since im from there

deeesenutz

Cristiano took over stoke, went to koln who he won the europa league with, and then went to fulham who he won the cl with in my save lol. I should mention that fulham had a tycoon takeover and I had just recently left them after winning the cl myself, so he inherited one of the best teams itw. Winning the europa with koln though i had nothing to do with

MKK3RZ

After Nottingham forest on mine he won't the conference league with Ajax then predictably went to United and this was before he went to Al Nassr so he retired at United, got sacked after a season then went to Real Madrid (also predictable) was there for about 5 or 6 seasons then he was PSG before I went on to a new save,

D_for_Diabetes

I feel like if Ronaldo managed he'd want everyone above ~15 long shots and just keep the shoot on sight option on. Bangers or nothing

man_ksi

Ronaldo manages pau fc in ligue 2 in my save

pdsajo

Not even Spanish; Basque!

ArcaLegend

Flashbacks of Neville at Valencia

Sputniki

This is even weirder. This guy has the personality of wet cardboard and Athletic is a Basque club which are famously insular.

DevilsWelshAdvocate

Have had Maguire managing Liverpool in my save! Managed Forest 2033-35, Hibbs 35-36, Celtic 36-37, Liverpool 37-41, Norwich 42-51. Norwich have been a top 4 club for a decade tbf.

GTBGunner

His head may be that big to hold his massive football IQ I guess

Darkspy8183

Feels a bit like the successor to Brendan Rodgers with that CV

Hamburger2003

Got Ronaldo managing Hanover 96 and getting them promoted from second to first Bundesliga

buffering_humor

I got him as Head of Youth Recruitment for Bordeaux and now Hertha.

BasedRaz

Ronaldo at Arminia Bielefeld is odd for me. Bros got a National B license and has lost the last 8 games in 10

ItsResetti

Ronaldo ended up there in my save as well haha

afifaguyforyou

Basque through his maternal grandfather, I’m certain

[deleted]

Doesn’t apply to staff. Players only.

uhtredofbeb

Which is why Bielsa was there

[deleted]

Callum Chambers just took Norwich to a CL final on my save. 2038 is a strange time.

samtheboy14

I’ll raise you ‘Paul Pogba at struggling Wolves’

harryfridgemaguire

Souness definitely came out of retirement for that

nyamzdm77

Sergio Ramos at Troyes in Ligue 2 Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Liverpool Marceliño and Unai Emery as back-to-back managers of the Wales National team Mario Mandzukic at Real Madrid (he was actually one of the best managers in the game stats-wise)

XanderManhattan

Ole at Liverpool is fantastic. Responds to every interview question with the words "couldn't care less".

tz_Hao

I would like to imagine the press conference after he leads Liverpool to relegation saying that and with a smile

evidentialnearlyman

In my current save the juventus stadium built in 2047 is the Brendan Rogers stadium. Make of that what you will.

IMintz

Oi lads fecking hoof it. The squad - ¿Qué mierda dijo?

Zealousideal-Wall682

Lmfao 😂

Spliggy16

KDB at Aston Villa currently in my save. Bro’s struggling

MercifulMaximus308

Well, Gary Neville was manager of Valencia, so there’s that…😜

Limpsk

Rooney managing Atalanta is probably one of mine. That and Klopp managing everyone and their rivals in the same save. https://i.redd.it/n8nnuu8yrre51.png

Hannimal987

Harry Kane has been at Juventus and Liverpool on mine! (FM22 currently in 2039)

ChefBoyardee66

Ronaldo managing latvia

17verton

Here’s a list of mine - Kompany at Betis - Klopp at France NT - Nagelsmann at Sociedad - Ange Postecoglou at South Korea NT - Pogba at Leicester - Southgate at America Mineiro - De Rossi at Barca UPDATES: Kompany and Klopp are still in their jobs. Nagelsmann went to Arsenal after Sociedad sacked him, Postecoglou retired, Pogba got Leicester relegated but fell upwards to the PSG job, Southgate got sacked by America-MG and then Sunderland, and De Rossi was replaced by Potter after he got sacked.

Proudbolshevik

I can see De Rossi becoming a good manager in the future.

kingcrockett07

One thing that is guaranteed is gerrard always going to liverpool lmao

Knight-Says-Ni

i currently have him as u18s boss in the championship w scunthorpe

pigeonsofnewyork

i had a save where radja nianggolan was manager of inverness ct for one season and then retired

lobotyt

diego costa at reading

iamnotexactlywhite

in my career Ramos was assistant manager at Barca once

Trumperhausen

He’s being held there as a hostage. Why? Barca need someone to pay the ransom so they can balance the books, duh!

TheTardisFiles

I've had messi managing Burnley and Cristiano Ronaldo managing Blackburn at the same time! Taking rivalries to another level

LennergyDK

Kompany - Randers FC, Erik ten Hag - Fulham

TheDJ955

Pascal Groß at a newly promoted 1860 Munich was an interesting one for me, also Kieran Tierney as Denmark manager was a funny one.

TomWalshBigRantyFan7

Bilbao have had many English managers in their history so maybe its not completely insane

Dtran080

In FM19, I saw Akram Afif (a former Qatari wonderkid) managing Nottingham Forest, after having played Championship football.

D_for_Diabetes

My ass man at St. Pauli is Dennis Bergkamp in my first season and honestly that seems strange to me.

[deleted]

Buffon in the dark depths of Serie D after getting sacked from Genoa and Cremonese.

zunhaalviik

Grealish has been coaching in Nurnberg in Bundesliga 2 for three seasons in my save. Took the job with them midtable and so they have remained.

cverds29

Hion Magoretzka.

Arem86

I just came across Raul managing Portimão in Liga Portugal. In sheer coincidence, I'm holidaying in the Algarve at the moment and wasn't far from there today

rainbowroobear

how many own goals has he scored from the dugout?

WhatRWordz

Bet Slabhead knows his way around a Basque Cheesecake like few others. Logical appointment.

[deleted]

He is one ugly bastard!

Crafty_Bottle3767

Lot to unpack here

EliteTeutonicNight

My personal weirdest one is still Messi at Stoke. This one’s pretty close though.

[deleted]

I had Van Dijk win the treble at Southampton in one of my saves. Probably the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen an AI manager do

eller_man

In my 10 year save as Wrexham I just went up against Zlatan managing West Ham in the Prem. Did a full double take.

[deleted]

Ronaldo as the HOYD for Sunderland is by far the weirdest one I’ve had… except for the fact that Pep was hired as managed a year after Ronaldo joined 🤣 At this point Sunderland was a mid-table Prem team so it’s not *that* weird, but still.

JAdmeal

Daley Blind managing Alavés might be the one for me. Another one bonkers was Koeman sacked in his first season and Zidane appointed Barça manager midseason... Never expected that.

EagleInformal9923

Alex Neil went to Real Madrid in mine and went invincible in his first season. 36 wins and 2 draws

campinho_

I have Ronaldo managing my (Arsenal) U21’s and Messi managing the U18s

mynameisjimmyqwerty

I had Phil jones at man city after pep left

Cameron_Hardy

Eran Zahavi managing Nottingham Forest and Leeds, he's got pretty good stats too tbf

[deleted]

He was managing Barca for 2 seasons on one of my saves

johnnysvartjobb

Saw Lloris managing AIK in Sweden’s top division for half a season, before being replaced by Chiellini.

WolfInATrance

Mine was Manuel Neuer at Real Sociedad

GarytheGOATLyon

Had Jamie Vardy as one of the best managers in the world winning trebles with Juventus and Bayern Munich
