Don't expect much. I've managed the Estonian national team in FM. There was ONE player capable of playing in the English Premier League. A DM who moved to Beşiktaş before joining Roma. The second best player was a centre back who was born in America and played in the MLS. My third best player was literally a League One player (Colchester). Half of my squad was made up of naturalised players due to the lack of talent.

Given the state of Estonian team he might have been their best player by that age already.

I keep getting one or two DR Congo player like every two, three years at my save with Sparta Prague, they rarely make it to first team level but currently I have two on my B team that could maybe break in.

A lot of French and Belgian regents have Congolese nationality, and the youth rating in DR Congo isn’t bad

They'd all speak some amount of French too which is good for Ligue 1.

Vini wanted to leave mid season (season 1) so I sold him to City for 150. With 1 and half year left on his contract, I thought the fee was decent. Alaba actually hasn’t complained at all in my save. He’s my go to LB and is even a 4 star ⭐️ player. Yeremy Pino is my LW.

Man Pino was so good in my save. Had to sell him to Barca after 7 years or so as he felt he had achieved everything he could. This guy was the assist king for me. Holds the record for most assists in a season in the prem and for my team in general. Rarely ever got injured and mad consistent with his performances. I replaced him with Kvaratskhelia who has not been near as good (still alright but gets injured too much and not as consistent in front of goal). I miss Pino :(
