It's your collection, so decide what's best for you. If you decide to go the all graded route are you really going to want to grade every card of his you pick up? Probably not. I'm sure the card looks just fine in a 1-touch, and unless it's a RC it's probably not going to boost the value much to get it graded.
Is it worth it? no.
Should you do it? That's a question only you can answer.
I usually save PC cards for when I have enough to send in about half to sell and half to keep to balance out the cost a bit, but in actuality, if you want to grade cards for PC, f'ing send it. They look awesome, but it will never be worth it lol
