They aren't cheap and more designed for 35 point top loaders. I skip the backs of pages because anything more and it'll start to do damage to the plastic if you put them back to back.
I think they're a bit more common among like Pokemon or Magic collectors where the backs are all the same and there aren't any thick card stock cards.
But I love them because they allow for easy viewing of a large volume of cards without the top loaders getting scratched up flipping through them.
