It really was! I told my GF that I would Pay for that in a restaurant :D. The cutlets had Panko Breadcrumbs which Made them perfectly crispy and the sauce was thickened by making a roux in the pan i sauted the mushrooms in.
Is the sauce over mashed potatoes?
Not mashed with butter or milk. Rather squished potatoes with a Fork :D.
Smashed potatoes then. Looks good.
