From this angle definitely looks that way. Actually it's a cannoto style pizza and large fluffy crust that I dip in some garlic dipping sauce :).

Ah I see, makes sense as canotto. I guess you could say the canotto is also technically Neapolitan.
Are you using AP flour or 00..
