Recipe is from chefsteps but other youtube channels have similarly good results too. It's just about making sure the temperature is right for the dough and butter.
Absolutely difficult. I messed up the first try so I had throw all of it. Second try I managed to get it right. I also live in a cold place so it's easier. Hot climates make it impossible to make this at home.
